AI automation agency in Noida — built by the person you brief
A one-person studio in Noida building AI agents and automation workflows for Delhi NCR businesses. No account manager, no hundred-engineer letterhead, and no pretence that the machine gets it right every time.
If you are looking for an AI automation agency in Noida, you are probably not shopping for a demo. You have a process — quoting, reporting, onboarding, publishing, chasing leads — that eats hours every week and does not need a human brain for most of its steps. The question is who can build the thing that does it, and whether they will still answer the phone once it is running.
Klixo Studio is run from Noida by Tanishq Jain. It is a service-area business with no walk-in office, working across Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon and Ghaziabad.
What being local actually buys you
Less than most local pages claim, and one thing that matters. Automation fails at the point where the software's model of your process diverges from how the process actually runs — the exception nobody mentioned, the step that only happens on Fridays, the customer who always calls instead of emailing. Discovering that requires watching the work, not reading a requirements document. Being an hour away makes that cheap.
What proximity does not buy you: better engineering, lower cost, or faster delivery. Anyone selling those on the basis of a pin on a map is selling the pin.
The kind of work this suits
- Data trapped between systems. A spreadsheet, a WhatsApp thread and an industry tool that has no integrations. Somebody retypes between them daily. That person is the automation.
- Documents in, structured fields out. Invoices, forms, applications, reports — read, extracted, filed, with a human checking the ones the system is unsure about.
- Content with an approval step. Drafted by machine, published by a person. Never the other way round.
- Long lists that need sorting. Leads, applicants, support tickets — scored so a human reads the top of the list instead of all of it.
Proof, from projects you can look up
An automated publishing pipeline with a human editor. CyberSathi.in pulled news and video from multiple sources on a schedule, drafted articles against a style guide built from the client's own past writing, and routed every draft to an admin panel for approval before anything went live. It is currently switched off — the AI provider's usage was billed to a personal account on a side project and the credits ran out. The code works; the funding arrangement did not. Running costs are now quoted separately and billed to the client's own account, which is a direct consequence of that mistake.
A portal that survived real concurrency. An end-to-end job drive portal for SkillCircle: 500+ students registered, 50+ sitting a timed test at once, with tab-switch detection and window-minimise alerts to prevent cheating. Automation that only works with one user is a prototype.
A ₹2,500-a-month subscription removed. InverterManOfIndia ran on Durable at ₹2,500 monthly. Rebuilt as custom code with the same design, it now runs on the owner's own hosting with no platform fee. Not every problem that looks like it needs AI does.
The studio's own workflow. A self-hosted n8n instance on a Mac mini, Notion as the database and approval queue, scheduled publishing to LinkedIn and a blog. The architecture recommended to clients is the one running here.
Honest limits
Klixo Studio is one person. There is no support rota, no ISO certificate, and no second engineer to take over if the first is unavailable. Several Noida and Delhi NCR firms will offer you all three, and for work that needs them you should take the offer. What you get here instead is that the person who understands your process is the person who writes the code, and there is nobody in between with a quota to hit.
Systems built on language models are wrong some of the time. Anything irreversible — money, customer contact, publishing in your name — gets a human approval step. Anything reversible can run alone. A vendor who promises full autonomy over consequential actions has not thought about the failure.
Getting started
A call, thirty minutes, free. Describe the process that is eating your week. You will get an honest answer about whether it is worth automating at all — which, often enough, it is not — and if it is, a fixed price for the build and a separate estimate of what the AI provider will charge you to run it.

Frequently asked questions
Are you actually based in Noida?
Yes. Klixo Studio is run from Noida, Uttar Pradesh, by Tanishq Jain. It is a service-area business — there is no walk-in office — and it works across Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon and Ghaziabad. Calls and WhatsApp cover most of it, and meeting in person is possible when a project warrants it.
Why hire a Noida studio rather than a large firm elsewhere?
Proximity buys you one thing worth having: the person who writes the code is in the same time zone, on the same phone number, and can sit across a table from you when a process needs to be understood rather than described. It buys you nothing else. If a project genuinely needs a large team, hire a large team.
What kind of Noida and Delhi NCR businesses is this for?
Businesses with a repetitive, hours-expensive process running on spreadsheets, WhatsApp and email — which is most of them. Coaching centres, clinics, D2C brands, agencies with recurring reporting work, and small operations teams drowning in copy-paste between systems that do not talk to each other.
How much does AI automation cost in Delhi NCR?
Scoped per project after a call. The build is quoted as a fixed price. The AI provider's metered usage is a separate, ongoing cost billed to your own account rather than marked up through us. Ask every vendor you speak to for those two numbers separately — a single blended figure hides which one is going to grow.
Do you only do AI work?
No, and it would be a bad sign if the answer were yes. The studio also builds custom-coded websites, web apps and internal portals. Plenty of problems that arrive described as "we need AI" turn out to need a database and a form.
